Spring is in full swing, and the music scene is bursting with options. There are so many tour announcements that resurface like the tulips in one’s garden, so there must be a way to stand out amongst all of the others. I am by no mean saying that world famous British DJ Simon Posford does not stand out on his own with his signature feathered cap and suspenders. But, with the addition of an 18 ft.

Beer comes in many flavors. So do musicians. Rare as a double lightning strike is when both meet in perfect harmony. But it’s happened: String Cheese Incident keyboardist Kyle Hollingsworth is the musician, and Hoopla is his beer. And they’re coming to a festival near you this summer; it’s the “Brewru Experience.“

St. Cecilia's is one of the most beautiful and vital churches in Brooklyn. We are excited to be working with this community institution and proud to say that St. Cecilia's will be an important part of Northside Festival 2011. There will be four shows taking place at the most spectacular venue imaginable.
