As another whimsical summer draws to a close, the city of San Francisco once again held its August Tradition of ending the solstice months with the biggest send-off imaginable. For the 17th year, Outside Lands came to the historic Golden Gate Park for three days of unparalleled live performances in a city whose culture and history, in many ways, paved the way for live music as we know it today. This year’s festival proved to incorporate the heart of the city in more ways than just through the music.

Sixthman, the leader in festivals and music cruises for more than two decades, is excited to announce the inaugural voyage of Live Loud Fest, sailing November 4-8, 2025, from Miami, FL to Cozumel, Mexico on Norwegian Jewel. Asheville's psychedelic pioneers The Snozzberries return with the much anticipated 5th Annual Psychedelic Circus on Friday Oct 17th at Asheville Music Hall.  This year's show is bigger and better than ever, with an expanded lineup, live painters and dancers, a trippy costume contest, and the most immersive, phantasmagorical imagery yet!  

JAS (Jazz Aspen Snowmass) today announced the official opening schedule for their first permanent home, The Paul JAS Center in downtown Aspen, with 10 nights of performances starting Friday December 19, 2025 and continuing through the New Year. Tickets will be available for purchase on Friday, Aug. 22 at 10am mst at jazzaspensnowmass.org.

SFJAZZ today announced the all-star roster of musicians set to join Cindy Blackman Santana on stage for her upcoming engagement, taking place Saturday, September 13 at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, September 14 at 7 p.m. in Miner Auditorium at the SFJAZZ Center. The daily music schedule has been announced for Bourbon & Beyond – The World’s Largest Bourbon, Food & Music Festival – returning to Louisville, Kentucky for its 7th year, September 11-14, at the newly expanded and enhanced Highland Festival Grounds at Kentucky Exposition Center. Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival (OMF) returns for its 10-year reunion with a renewed spirit – and a nod to the rich legacy of music and visual artistry. To mark the occasion, OMF has partnered with British artist Nigel Waymouth, whose visionary poster designs defined the psychedelic era, to create an original artwork for the 2026 event.

The Birthplace of Country Music (BCM) is thrilled to announce the addition of GRAMMY® Award-winning singer-songwriter Carly Pearce to the 2025 Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion lineup, scheduled for Sept. 19-21 on State Street in Historic Downtown Bristol. 

Shoe Fest 2025 is excited to welcome headliners Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country and bluegrass legend and Grammy winner Peter Rowan, whose career spans from the early years of playing under the tutelage of Bill Monroe to his time in Old & In the Way alongside Jerry Garcia, David Grisman, and beyond.
