Pink Talking Fish

Pink Talking Fish will be bringing their fusion of Pink Floyd, Talking Heads and Phish all around the country this Fall.  The tour includes festivals, headlining premiere venues, multiple night runs, and a variety of concept shows including the debut of a PTF Kids show.

Pink Talking Fish will ring in the New Year on their home turf of Boston MA at Paradise Rock Club. They have enlisted rising stars, The New Motif, to join in the experience.

This announcement comes off the heels of a hugely successful Phish Fenway AfterParty at House Of Blues where PTF performed an epic set filled with fun candy for Phish Phans. Some highlights included Slow Llama > Fast Llama, Piper with an extended intro that is now missing in current Phish versions, and a high-octane Sabotage encore that left the place roaring with energy.

The Great South Bay Music Festival – Long Islands longest running, and largest 4 day, all ages Music & Arts Festival, returns to the picturesque waterfront at Shorefront Park in Patchogue Village from Thursday, July 18 through Sunday, July 21st.

It’s been a wild ride for Pink Talking Fish in 2019.  Since bringing on new guitarist, Cal Kehoe, the band has been touring nonstop all over the country.  The energy has been fresh and exciting as the new lineup moved from the Mid Atlantic states to a full West Coast sweep and back to Northeast with a stop down south in Atlanta for the band’s first 2019 festival appearance at Sweetwater 420 Music Festival.

Pink Talking Fish will bring their fusion of Pink Floyd, Talking Heads and Phish all around the country this Spring.  The band is offering 2 Night/No Repeat Experiences in Key West FL, San Diego CA, Nevada City CA and Burlington VT.  Late Spring has PTF kicking off Festival Season with Sweetwater420 Festival in Atlanta GA, Bluegrass On The Bottoms in Kansas City MO and Strange Creek Music Festival in Greenfield MA.

The band then decided to pump up the energy with some more amazing covers such as “Scent Of A Mule” and “Psycho Killer”. Soon after, the band did a wild mashup of “Wish You Were Here” and David Bowie’s “Space Oddity”. Blending the two songs flawlessly, Pink Talking Fish once again proved their talent in recreating classics and making it their own. Special Guests Charlie Humphreys and Matt Goldberg from Dead Floyd joined Pink Talking Fish to cover Phish’s song “Sand” as well as “Comfortably Numb” by Pink Floyd.
