Circles Around the Sun have announced a September tour with appearances across the West Coast, Pacific Northwest and Colorado. It's the first extensive run of shows in the Western half of the U.S. with new guitarist Scott Metzger. Earlier this year, the Brooklyn-based musician was officially named the permanent replacement for founding member Neal Casal who passed away in August 2019.

The Wood Brothers have announced an extensive fall 2021 tour. The Neal Casal Music Foundation (NCMF) continued its mission of donating musical instruments to students with a gift of guitars, amplifiers, a keyboard and other accessories to Morris Knolls High School in Rockaway, NJ where the late musician graduated in the class of 1987. The gear presented to Morris Knolls was purchased by NCMF through funds raised from outreach to Casal's extensive fanbase, as well as, the foundation's arrangement of a donation from iconic instrument manufacturer, Fender Guitars.

In recognition of this career milestone, the band's record label Blue Rose is reissuing each of their ten studios albums on vinyl. The series will work its way chronologically through The Mother Hips' discography with one LP released each month, while all proceeds from sales will benefit The Blue Rose Foundation, which provides grants for preschool scholarships to financially disadvantaged children.
