Buster Sledge is a trio of fiddle, banjo, and guitar and of three voices - fronted by an American living in Norway - with many musics as software and bluegrass music as hardware. They offer an original repertoire of music that brings the structur0e and pop-esque melodic focus of american old-time fiddle music and lyrical meter and storytelling focus of old mountain-ballads and country songs together with current harmonic and lyrical elements from rap, pop, jazz, or whatever seems to serve the song.

Alma Mater is Dirk Sullivan and Andrew Paul Woodworth. The two are veterans of the Los Angeles and of the Portland, Oregon music scenes. Sullivan was signed to Interscope Records with his band Love On Ice and Woodworth fronted Elephant Ride, signed to Sony Records. They have since spent two decades recording and touring in various projects.

On the heels of last year’s successful debut, the Florida Groves Festival has been expanded to a weekend event in 2023. It will be held at the Orlando Amphitheater at the Central Florida Fairgrounds (4603 W Colonial Drive) on Saturday, April 15th and Sunday, April 16th.

The music, art and cannabis festival will feature local Florida artists, popular music acts and numerous educational aspects on the Cannabis Plant. The two-day event runs from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Blü Egyptian has announced the first leg of their 2023 tour that includes their debut at SCI's Hog Farm Hideaway on June 9-11 at Black Oak Ranch in Laytonville. The band will be touring the west coast in the spring including Oregon, Washington and Southern California. On January 1st, Blü Egyptian released a live album, "Goin' Places," recorded during their fall tour in 2022. The album is available on all streaming platforms featuring all original song written by Don Jules. The band has more announcements coming soon.

After 18 years of touring, Twiddle has announced that they will take an indefinite hiatus after 2023. In addition to announcing over 20 shows in 2023, the band’s lead singer and guitarist Mihali Savoulidis penned this letter to fans, explaining the band’s decision:

I come to you all with a heavy heart today to share a tough but important announcement. With the support of my bandmates, we are making  the difficult decision to take an indefinite hiatus as a band starting in 2024 after 18 years of being on the road.
