Americana/Jamgrass acts Great American Taxi and Poor Man’s Whiskey have announced a cooperative tour that will cover most of northern California and Oregon.The two bands have played a lot of the same festivals but have never shared the same stage until this Halloween when they set out for 9 dates starting in Santa Cruz, CA at Moe’s Alley.Each band will play a full 90 minute set and collaboration between the two acts is a certainty given their collective histories. Join us and our ‘house band’, Colorado’s Great American Taxi for an exciting tour that will bring a taste of Salmonstock enthusiasm to five towns around the state.GAT has played at each of the previous Salmonstock festivals to enthusiastic throngs, and this five piece traveling band is thrilled to be bringing their unique Americana, jam and roots style to other parts of Alaska.
