Wick-it the Instigator will be hitting some of the hottest festivals in the US and Canada this summer including Sonic Bloom on June 14th.  His set is scheduled for 6:30 on Sunday at the Campfire Stage.  After a number of sold out club shows, the multi-genre DJ and producer will bring his infamous big beats and huge drops to an eclectic mix of festivals including Austin City Limits Festival, Summer Camp, Wakarusa, Camp Bisco, Bounce Fest and Summerset.   With a bigger arsenal of music and revamped live performance, while paying homage to his roots with vinyl scratching and guitar noodling, “the future of music is upon us and Wick-it is leading the pack,” as TheUntz.com declares.

Wick-it the Instigator is known as a breath of fresh air in an otherwise over-crowded EDM scene. His SoundCloud page is one of the top 200 most active pages on the entire site, garnering over 28,000 followers and 4,300,000 plays. He landed at #5 on Billboard's Next Big Sound chart and has a highly interactive online fan base (currently 500+ Facebook Fans added per week and often 5,000+ people “talking about him” on Facebook). In 2012, Microsoft recognized that direct audience connection and chose Wick-it to produce a song for their Windows 8/Angry Birds: Star Wars commercial that they blasted to millions of prime-time viewers.

Join seven-time Grammy Award nominee and multi-platinum recording artist Joan Osborne for Joan Osborne’s Dead Set, Songs of the Grateful Dead, Vol.1 – a special acoustic set streamed LIVE from New York City right to your computer! The music of the Grateful Dead resonates strongly with Joan, who joined veteran San Francisco jam-rockers The Dead as a vocalist in 2003. During 2005 and 2006, Joan also performed many shows with founding Grateful Dead member Phil Lesh and Friends. Will she play “Sugaree”? Maybe “Deep Elem Blues” or “Ripple”? Check out her live show on Stageit to find out. You can even help Joan pick her set list by voting for your favorite Grateful Dead songs you’d like to hear her play on her official Facebook page.Since the landmark album Relish, which produced the international hit “(What If God Was) One Of Us,” Joan has released several critically acclaimed albums, toured extensively with her own band, appeared in the Grammy Award-winning documentary Standing in the Shadows of Motown, and shared the stage with Bob Dylan, Luciano Pavarotti, and Stevie Wonder to name just a few. Considered one of the great voices of her generation, Joan has produced two albums for Americana stalwarts the Holmes Brothers, and co-produced her most recent release, Bring It On Home, which was nominated in the category of Best Blues Album at the 2013 Grammy Awards.
