With summertime quickly approaching, Denver prepares for the perfect street festival to usher in the sunshine. The Denver Deluxe returns to the RiNo Arts District this June 17th for its second year of live music, burgers, beer, and warm-weather fun. This single-day event will close down Walnut between 26th and 27th Street with a full stage setup, cold beers on tap, burgers on the grill, and a massive art mural collaboration project.

Expanding on last year’s music lineup, the 2017 Denver Deluxe will feature indie-rock favorites Tea Leaf Green and FUTUREBIRDS, acclaimed songsmith Rob Drabkin, and Colorado-based americana band The Drunken Hearts, among plenty others to keep those hips shakin’. Music will go from 2:00pm to 8:00pm on the main outdoor stage on Walnut Street. The fest will also feature massive mural-style art from some of Denver’s top street artists, graffiti artists, and other creators. Organizers are creating an impressive three-dimensional drywall installation to feature the art created over the course of the event.

Hosted by prizewinning eatery Park Burger and produced by Two Parts, the Denver Deluxe is one of the best event deals in town. GA tickets listed at only $10 include a draft beer from 10 Barrel Brewing, and the $20 VIP ticket includes two draft beers and a burger hot off the grill. All the ticket proceeds from this year’s event go to benefit the RiNo Arts District. As one of the driving forces behind the RiNo neighborhood’s success and popularity, the RiNo Arts District brings together local businesses, artists, cultural leaders, and innovators to ensure sustainable progress in one of Denver’s fastest growing areas.

Denver’s vibrant urban culture is perfectly embodied in events like the Denver Deluxe. This June 17th, music fans, artists, and burger and beer aficionados will look forward to a Saturday event that brings together the best that Denver has to offer.
