The Spring tour continued in Harrisburg, PA this week as Spafford made sure to acknowledge the recent passing of legendary musician Dickey Betts in their performance at XL Live. Guitarist Brian Moss started into the Betts written classic "In Memory of Elizabeth Reed" before launching into the spacey original "In the Eyes of Thieves." As the band hit a pocket of stellar jamming midway through the song, Moss again injected the iconic riffs from the old time ballad.

The second set proved to be an instant classic for Spafford, as they delivered a three-song masterpiece showcasing their impeccable musical prowess. With the band hitting their stride, they delved into multiple type 2 jamming sections throughout the night, captivating the audience at XL Live with their dynamic improvisation and electrifying peaks. The magic continued last night in Fairfield, CT and tonight, April 20 at Brooklyn Bowl in Brooklyn, NY for a special three set extravaganza.
