This year, National Geographic will offer multiple ways for people to celebrate Earth Day with a lineup of activities that will meet people wherever they are, kicking off with an Earth Day Eve virtual celebration. The lineup of musical artists from places of importance to them around the world and appearances by National Geographic Explorers will take viewers on a virtual journey when it’s needed most.

Multi-platinum band Barenaked Ladies announce an epic weekend concert streaming event, Flip n’ Hits with BNL: A Night of Monster Jams of Pandemic Proportions, to take place on Saturday, April 17 at 9pm EDT / 6pm PDT with a very special encore performance on Sunday, April 18 at 8pm GMT. The show will be an hour long and have its own high-powered energy and fun, and will be available for fans to attend from any region, across the globe.

Chris Smither, Samirah Evans, Peter Mulvey, John Medeski and many more will take part in a streaming benefit concert Berkshire Sounds: A Bash to Bring Back Music to Western Massachusetts and the Hudson Valley. Hosted by Signature Sounds, the show will feature an eclectic mix of musicians from across western Massachusetts and New York’s Hudson Valley. All proceeds will go to the New England Musicians Relief Fund (NEMRF), an organization that provides grants to working musicians facing financial difficulties.

Music fans can once again look forward to a full slate of diverse concerts at the newly renovated Ardmore Music Hall. The venue is announcing an initial calendar of over 30 shows to kick off their fall calendar, highlighted by acts that include Del McCoury, Rebirth Brass Band, Los Amigos Invisibles, 10,000 Maniacs, Tommy Conwell, KRS-One, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Cabinet and many more.

The worlds of dance and rockabilly uniquely come together in “Gather Round,” a collaboration between LEE ROCKER of The Stray Cats fame and the award-winning COMPLEXIONS Contemporary Ballet featuring three songs from the Grammy-nominated upright bass player, singer and songwriter’s current solo album

Today, Vermont-based jam quartet Twiddle announced five additional summer shows. The week long run will see the band in Ohio, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and North Carolina. For all five shows, a ticket presale will commence on Thursday, April 8th at 8 AM local time, followed by a general on sale Friday, April 9th at 10 AM local time. Same Same But Different is California’s first camping, music and arts festival to announce its return for 2021. The festival is now scheduled for September 9 - 12, 2021 after having to cancel last year’s festival due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Taking place in scenic Lake Perris, CA, Same Same But Different is a multi-genre, four stage music and arts festival built to celebrate what makes us all different and unique.
