Saturday evening couldn’t come fast enough for this band’s loyal followers. The quartet walked on after a pre-recorded, mind-expanding melody drifted across the stage and established an ethereal mood. The Claypool-Lennon Delirium is all about sharp contrasts, deliciously, disturbing bass lines and rampant experimentation.

CRX, New Band Founded By The Strokes' Nick Valensi

CRX - the new Los Angeles-based band fronted by Nick Valensi, guitarist for The Strokes - released its first single, "Ways To Fake It," today. The infectious track is from the band's full-length debut, New Skin, which was recently singled out in Entertainment Weekly's Fall Music Preview of highly anticipated albums. New Skin will be released on October 28 on Columbia Records.

Marco Benevento and his band make their maiden voyage to the UK next week for four shows in the UK. He'll join Brooklyn's own Moon Hooch for two dates in Oxford and Brighton before heading to Brooklyn Bowl London for two nights—the first of which will be in support of Vulfpeck and the second a headline performance.

Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park has announced the final lineup of artists for the inaugural Suwannee Roots Revival taking place October 13-16, 2016 at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park (SOSMP) in Live Oak, FL. Joining the lineup are The Honeycutters, Shook Twins, Arvid Smith, The Fried Turkeys, The Dunehoppers, Gumbo Limbo Cajun Band, comedian and magician Jeff Bradley, Tania & Magic Moon Traveling Circus and Suwannee Spirit Kids Music Camp.
