Over the weekend, The Infamous Stringdusters wrapped up their Colorado based, nine date Ski Dust tour. Starting at the end of February, the band hit Frisco’s Ten Mile Music Hall to kick things off before moving south to Crested Butte and Telluride. With a total of six shows to say goodbye to February, the month of March would get the second half of the tour with a turn towards the north country and the Front Range.

Phish's Page McConnell and Trey Anastasio will release their new album, January, this Friday, March 10 via JEMP Records. The album will be released digitally only and the first song, "Dancing In Midair," is streaming now. January is comprised of eight new originals written by Anastasio and McConnell and is the follow-up to December, their album of acoustic re-interpretations of Phish songs.

Gary Rossington, an original member of GRAMMY Hall of Fame Award-winning, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band Lynyrd Skynyrd, died on Sunday, March 5th, 2023 at age 71.

Rossington survived the tragic 1977 plane crash that killed singer Ronnie Van Zant and guitarist Steve Gaines, as well as backup vocalist Cassie Gaines (Steve's sister), assistant road manager Dean Kilpatrick, pilot Walter McCreary, and co-pilot John Gray.
