Fishbone

Well, it’s about time Les! After a twenty-year hiatus from touring, Les Claypool’s Fearless Flying Frog Brigade is back out on the road. The band is about a week into the massive forty-one date Summer of Green Tour. Over the years Claypool has embarked on many wild, weird and wonderful endeavors that take the audience along on his creative quest of goodness through his musical mind. That in itself is a remarkable undertaking since everything he does and his many collaborations are all much different in many respects.

LA-based multi-instrumentalist rocker Graham Czach shares powerful anti-racism track "Can't See A Thing" featuring Angelo Moore of Fishbone out everywhere now. Accompanying the release, an official video featuring Czach and Moore is also out now.

From one end to the other – a total of about 2 hours-15 minutes without intermission – the current Celebrating David Bowie tour is a firehose of classic Bowie songs. And the crackin’ eight-piece band just turns on the flow and lets it go.

Slightly Stoopid, one of southern California’s favorite Reggae infused party bands, brought a marathon jam to the Ventura Fairgrounds, Friday, October 9. The show was part of the Concerts in Your Car series, which brought a full season of shows to the outdoor venue. In addition to Slightly Stoopid, other highlights over the summer included Cypress Hill, Sublime, Snoop Dog, Tower of Power, Los Lobos, and Fitz and The Tantrums.

Angelo Moore of Fishbone and his project Angelo Moore & The Brand New Step (Ropeadope Records) has teamed up with Bay Area producer Jim Greer (Foster the People, Geographer, Rondo Brothers) and legendary West Coast MC Del The Funky Homosapien and put together a fight-the-power funk anthem called Rebellion.

Also featured on the track are Claude Coleman Jr on drums (Ween) and “Hash” Ashish Vyas on bass guitar (Thievery Corporation).

Last year, when Warped Tour founder and organizer Kevin Lyman announced that the year’s cross-country tour would be its last, supporters flocked from far and wide to take part in the end of an era. The sun had set on the festival that had helped put musical acts such as blink-182, Katy Perry, and Green Day on the map, and it was a bittersweet moment for all.

Legendary Ska/Punk band, Fishbone is red hot...again, as the group’s early members have made their way back home.

With the classic early 80s lineup now firmly in place, Fishbone is on a mission to reclaim its rightful spot among the rock-n-roll elite.

Legendary ska-punk-funk rockers FISHBONE will be heading out again for The World's Most Powerful Adhesive Tour starting August 24 with 30+ cities across the US including Hermosa Beach, Portland, Seattle, Detroit, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Tempe, Las Vegas and many more stops; then landing back in Southern Cali to finish their tour at Yost Theater in Santa Ana, with special guests to C-Money & The Players (members of Slightly Stoopid).
