Mumford & Sons will extend their “thrilling” (The Washington Post) worldwide Delta Tour this summer visiting iconic venues across the west coast including L.A.’s Banc of California Stadium, Portland’s Moda Center, Vancouver’s BC Place Stadium, George, WA’s Gorge Amphitheatre, Missoula’s Ogren Park at Allegiance Field, Salt Lake City’s USANA Amphitheatre and Denver’s Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre. Verified fan pre-sale begins this Thursday, March 14 at 10:00am local time with general on-sale starting Friday, March 15 at 10:00am local.
Mumford & Sons will host listening events at movie theatres across North America this Thursday, November 15, allowing a select group of fans exclusive access to their fourth studio album, Delta, on the eve of its release. These screenings—held in Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Washington, DC and Toronto—will feature the complete album audio accompanied by visuals directed and edited by Caleb Bardgett, Johnny Dunn and Kees van Dijkhuizen and curated in partnership with National Geographic.
The third annual OHANA festival, which concluded Sunday night (9/30) and which saw more than 40,000 attendees at the beautiful Doheny State Beach in Dana Point, CA, was described by the Orange County Register as being "filled with surprises." Another year of Outside Lands flew by this weekend, and like it does every year, went out with its crown held high. Despite temperatures in the 50s and the festival’s pricey location in the heart of $an Francisco, droves of music lovers flocked to Golden Gate Park for the 8th year in a row to dance the cold gray away. With a top notch lineup for music, food, beer, and wine, it’s hard to imagine a single fan went home unsatisfied.
It’s that time of year again when winter seems too long, spring can’t get here soon enough, and cabin fever has us counting down the days in anticipation of the one and only, Bonnaroo.
