Our Colorado music scene is bursting at the seams with diversity. Whether you love jam bands, folk and bluegrass or bass heavy dubstep, you can easily find your niche in our music community. SnowBall Music Festival brings us music fanatics together to celebrate that spirit of music, love and community in the high elevations of the Rocky Mountains. This year’s 3rd annual SnowBall Music Festival took place in Winter Park.

Today, the third annual SnowBall Music Festival makes its final artist lineup announcements. Flying Lotus, Delta Spirit, Krewella, Japandroids, Polica and Tennis are among the nearly 30 acts added to the bill with today’s announcement. They join previously announced Pretty Lights, Big Gigantic, Kendrick Lamar, Portugal. The Man, STS9, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, and many more.

Summer is music festival season. Plain and simple. It’s the easiest time to travel to whatever destination and have the assurance that you will be comfortable and satisfied with variable weather conditions. July festivals do have their pitfalls on that end though, with scorching temperatures and fields filled with thousands of festival-goers, sometimes the dead of summer multi-day musical festivals can be exhausting and problematic to those who are more about the music and less about sunscreen and lugging camping gear around.
