Today, Portland, OR's Fruition announce an additional run of dates in early 2019. In addition to stops in Nashville, St. Louis, Kansas City, Atlanta, Asheville the band has announced new stops in Birmingham, New Orleans, Houston, Austin, Dallas Las Vegas, Salt Lake City and more. See full list of dates below. Support for all dates is also now announced. The band will be joined by Daniel Rodriguez of Elephant Revival, Brad Parsons & Starbird, and Dead Winter Carpenters at various dates.

Highlighted by spirited headlining performances by The Devil Makes Three (Saturday), The Infamous Stringdusters (Friday), and Railroad Earth (Sunday), there was a profound additional component to this year’s WinterWonderGrass Tahoe. The weather. Before turning all sunny on Sunday, Friday and Saturday’s proceedings included periodic showers of snow, graupel (look it up), and a little rain.

Colorado, how do we show our boundless love for you? You brought us sold out shows in Denver, Boulder, Steamboat, and Crested Butte. We even got the chance to share the stage with Sam Bush at his sold-out show in Keystone. Special shoutouts also go out to Greensky Bluegrass and The Infamous Stringdusters for their support.

Folk-rooted Oregon rockers Fruition have never been ones to shy away from change. What started as an Americana, singer/songwriter project has evolved into a psychedelic grassroots extravaganza, twisting live elements of rock n’ roll and delta-blues into their already well-crafted core sound. The band’s fifth studio album, Watching It All Fall Apart, is an expression of that.

2018’s rendition of WinterWonderGrass lived up to its designation in every sense of the word this past weekend, as bluegrass fans from around the country gathered in majestic Steamboat Springs, Colorado to dance, drink and smiled the night away beneath the magnificent Park Range. The weekend more than lived up to expectation and hype, with incredible bluebird days and epic snow-covered nights, providing world-class skiing throughout the weekend and top-notch bluegrass to cap the night activities.

WinterWonderGrass Festival is returning to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, February 23rd-25th, 2018 for the sixth annual internationally acclaimed bluegrass and craft beer festival.

The 3rd annual WinterWonderGrass Festival attracted thousands of fans to North Lake Tahoe, March 30th- April 2nd for the sold out three day music and brews festival.  With bluebird powder days giving way to snowy winter nights, fans gathered to watch their favorite bluegrass bands play into the California sky. The festival has created a sense of community with fans returning each year traveling from over 40 states to see more than 30 world-renowned bluegrass acts. .

WinterWonderGrass, in its third Lake Tahoe-area incarnation, this time with a feet-thick blanket of snow all around, brought a distinctive assemblage of mountaintop adventure-seekers to Northern California for a symphonic unification of jam-happy roots and bluegrass music, fine craft brews, and mountain views/activities. The setting for the utopian weekend, March 31 to April 2, was once again the pastoral Squaw Valley, site of the 1960 Winter Olympics.
