After a dazzling 2022 campaign, Northlands Music and Arts Festival is thrilled to announce its return to Swanzey, NH, June 16-17, 2023. The forthcoming event, celebrating its second year, will see over thirty regional and nationally touring acts perform on the palatial fairground nestled in the heart of southern New Hampshire. Headlining acts will include veteran Colorado jam sextet The String Cheese Incident, Phish bassist Mike Gordon, Goose acoustic offshoot Orebolo, and high-octane rockers Andy Frasco and the U.N.

The coveted Roots Blues duo of Vancouver-based and Alberta-born Blue Moon Marquee, are again seeing their name up in lights - this time on the face of the Toronto Blues Society’s Maple Blues Awards where they’ve scored four nominations -  Entertainer of the Year, Acoustic Act of the Year, Songwriter of the Year and Recording/Producer of the Year - ahead of the ceremony on January 30, 2023. On Sunday, December 11th, Osiris Media will bring their flagship podcast, Undermine, to a live audience for the first time with music and discussion, celebrating Phish's legendary Fall 1997 tour (AKA "Phish Destroys America"). Hosted by Phish Lyricist Tom Marshall, Osiris Media CEO RJ Bee, and author Benjy Eisen, they'll chat with special guests about this unique sound that still resonates 25 years later.

In December, Jazz Power Initiative celebrates Dr. Barry Harris (1929-2021), the Internationally renowned jazz pianist, composer, educator, community builder and keeper of the bebop flame. Dr. Harris profoundly inspired Jazz Power Initiative since its founding in 2003 as The Jazz Drama Program and we were fortunate to officially honor him during his lifetime, have him visit our program and offer us ongoing guidance and encouragement.
