Twisted Livin’, the New Jersey-based blues-rock trio, will perform on Friday, September 5, at Sound Waves Theatre in the Hard Rock Casino, 1000 Boardwalk, as part of Garden State Live: Emerging New Jersey Artists Take the Stage, the monthly concert series presented by Prudential North 2 Shore. Fronted by guitarist and vocalist Denny Shiffler, Twisted Livin’ has been featured in the Atlantic City Press, The Sandpaper, and The Jersey Sound. The rhythm section—Will Keiter (bass/saxophone/vocals) and Bob Irwin (drums)—provides the foundation for the band’s sound. Keiter trades off vocals with Shiffler, adding depth to their performances. The band was recently hired by South Jersey promoter Carmen Marotta (Tony Mart) to open for several shows in the Legendary Concerts on the Beach series in Somers Point, including a September 12 performance with Mitch Ryder. Twisted Livin’ is currently in the studio recording originals for a forthcoming single and album.
Formed in 2021, the Somers Point-based trio has built a growing following. Among their supporters are nationally known recording artists Billy the Kid & The Regulators and Joanna Connor, both fans of Shiffler’s guitar playing.

King, Robert Johnson, Albert King, Jimi Hendrix, and John Lee Hooker, his guitar and vocal style reflects a mix of classic blues traditions and expressive modern interpretation.

Will Keiter (bass/saxophone/vocals): A jazz-trained multi-instrumentalist, Keiter incorporates harmonic depth into his bass work and contributes vocals. He focuses on setting a solid foundation while complementing the band’s overall sound.
