Nebraska’s rising folk-Americana trio The Wildwoods will headline eTown Hall on Friday, August 22, 2025, for an intimate evening celebrating their acclaimed fourth album, Dear Meadowlark (released April 11). Doors open at 6 p.m.; the music begins promptly at 7 p.m. All-ages tickets are on sale now for $23–$38 via Humanitix: https://events.humanitix.com/august-22-etown-presents-the-wildwoods?hxc….
Rooted in Lincoln, Nebraska, The Wildwoods—husband-and-wife songwriters Noah and Chloe Gose (vocals, guitar, violin) and lifelong friend Andrew Vaggalis (vocals, upright bass)—have built a devoted following with their crystalline three-part harmonies and homespun instrumentation. Dear Meadowlark deepens that signature sound, pairing heartfelt tales of life on the Great Plains with indie-folk flourishes reminiscent of Nickel Creek and Gillian Welch. Produced with Benjamin Brodin at Hand Branch Studio in Omaha, the ten-song collection has already earned the trio finalist honors at the 2024 Rocky Mountain Songwriter Contest and acclaim across the national folk circuit.
The Boulder stop lands in the middle of a 24-city summer schedule that includes select support dates with TopHouse and marquee festival appearances. Fans can expect to hear the album’s lead single “Sweet Niobrara,” the soaring “Hideaway,” and the steel-kissed love letter “I Will Follow You to Willow,” alongside crowd favorites from earlier releases Sweet Nostalgia and Foxfield Saint John.
eTown Hall’s warm acoustics and 200-seat setting promise a front-porch vibe befitting The Wildwoods’ organic style. Whether first-time listeners or longtime supporters, Boulder audiences will find respite in melodies “as pure as mountain air and as soul-restoring as quiet front-porch mornings.”
