The Inspector Cluzo is a Gascony, France-based rock and blues duo created in 2008 by Laurent (Guitar, Lead Vocal) and Mathieu (Drums). The two met while studying Physics in Mont de Marsan. Since 2008, the band has released 8 albums via their self-run record label F.TheBassPlayer Records, they are 100% self-financed, family-based and organized, and 100% DIY.

The duo has played more than 1200 gigs in 67 countries all around the world. They have played festivals such as Fuji Rock Festival (Japan), Pentaport Festival (South Korea), Lollapalooza (France, Brazil, Chile), Download (UK), Paléo Festival (Switzerland), Oppikopi (South Africa), Blues Fest (Australia), Shaky Knees Fest (USA), Hell Fest (France).

All that said - the band’s main focus is farming. They are organic professional farmers, who run a 15Ha family farm called "LOU CASSE" (“the oak” in Gascon language) in Gascony, France producing organic wheat and organic corn with their own seeds. No GMO, no hybrid seeds, and no chemicals or pesticides are used. They belong to a new generation of farmers who are heavily invested in an Agro-Ecologic system challenging and fighting climate change for the new generations.

The new documentary Running A Family Farm was recorded over 3 years and is the follow-up to 2015's Rockfarmers documentary. Running A Family Farm gives audiences an intimate inside day-to-day life on the farm and features exclusive interviews with multi-Grammy Award winner Vance Powell (Jack White, The Raconteurs, Chris Stapleton) and Professor J. Luc Guérin, teacher and researcher at ENVT and INRAE. The new documentary highlights issues like global warming and an uncertain future - issues that are at the forefront of the duo's latest album Horizon, released earlier this year.
