Florida-based indie rock band flipturn will embark on its first national headline tour this fall. The Fall 2021 Warmth In The Rain Tour will bring the band’s magnetic energy to cities across the US. Tour dates will feature support from either Haiva Ru, Stop Light Observations, and Hotel Fiction. Full routing can be found below.

With undeniable chemistry and innate talent, flipturn turns live performances into fully immersive experiences that energize crowds and allow for a total release of inhibitions. This tour’s setlist promises all the classic flipturn favorites, intertwined with new songs fresh off their first-full length album to be released next year. Lead singer Dillon Basse tells fans to expect a bit of everything. “We’re playing some brand-new unreleased songs on this tour, and we’re also playing a lot of our old songs because it’ll be our first time in most of these cities.”

Nothing is held back when the band is performing. Alongside a deep bond formed by years of friendship, the band packs enough energy to shake the captivated room and Basse’s vocals evoke even the deepest of emotions. Despite being relatively young to the scene, flipturn arrives with plenty of stage experience and over 500,000 monthly listeners that appreciate the new yet timeless lyrics. Their songs are written in an artfully understandable way that makes flipturn the storytellers for a generation of people who were never told what to do next.

After manifesting a headline show in Chicago for years, the band has sold out its first ever show in Chicago in true flipturn fashion. According to Basse, “I’d say the thing I’m most excited for is to play a show in Chicago. Chicago was one of the first songs we wrote and the whole meaning behind the song was to go out and do what you love so it’s pretty cool we get to live the song in real life.” Other sold-out cities include Orlando, Gainesville, Atlanta, and Dallas with low ticket warnings in several others. Over 4,000 tickets have been sold for this tour so far.
