Montana-based Kitchen Dwellers are riding high after their first-ever headlining performance at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO. The milestone event, part of the “Memorial Day Pick-Nic” co-bill with Leftover Salmon, marked the band’s largest headlining show to date, playing to a nearly full venue.

The day-long celebration opened with a set from Clay Street Unit, followed by two collaborative sets featuring both Kitchen Dwellers and Leftover Salmon. The performance included numerous special-guest sit-ins, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for fans. Guest appearances included Bill Payne (Little Feat), Jason Carter, Alwyn Robinson (Leftover Salmon), the High Country Horns, and more. To commemorate the occasion, the Kitchen Dwellers have released a live video of their powerful cover of “Rooster” by Alice in Chains, featuring Jason Carter on fiddle and Alwyn Robinson on drums.
