Osiris Media, the leading storyteller in music, today announced a live show with the band Taper’s Choice, at Larimer Lounge in Denver, on August 31, ahead of Phish’s four-day run at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City.

In addition to a full set of music, the show will include a conversation with the band, representing the first time that the band will sit down for a live interview. The indie-jam supergroup, formed in 2021, is made up of Alex Bleeker (Real Estate), Dave Harrington (Darkside), Chris Tomson (Vampire Weekend) and Zach Tenorio Miller (Arc Iris).

The Choice, led by their apocryphal avatar Hieronymous Bong, are amped and ready to “tap the Rockies” as they prepare to traverse the continental divide and play their highest show to date. Something about Labor Day weekend in Denver just feels right for live music, right?

“We’re so thrilled that fans will be able to hear an interview with Taper’s Choice, in addition to an amazing set of music,” said RJ Bee, CEO of Osiris Media. “Every time we bring music and conversation together at one of these events, it always brings out new stories and perspectives. And that really helps to enhance the musical experience as well.”

Tickets on sale Thursday, June 30 at 12pm ET here.

This show is the second in the Osiris Live summer series, with the other being an evening of music and conversation with Tom Hamilton, Chris Forsyth, Daniel Donato, and a house band, taking place in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, on Monday, July 18. Tickets are available here.
