Tejon Street Corner Thieves, the outlaw alt-folk sensation hailing from Colorado Springs, has released the second single “You Rascal You” off their forthcoming record, ‘Juxtaposition’, out October 27th, 2023 on Liars Club Records. The band has just unleashed the album's second single, "You Rascal You” along with a brand new video.

‘Juxtaposition’ was created at Royal Recordings in Colorado Springs, CO, under the guidance of renowned producer Bill Douglas (known for his work with Veruca Salt and Smashing Pumpkins). The album will be a strong addition to Liars Club’s growing catalog, as TSCT continues to make their mark the first act signed to the burgeoning label co-founded by Amigo the Devil and indie powerhouse Regime Music Group. This 9-track project showcases the band’s impressive ability to meld a range of genres, like Americana, Bluegrass, Folk, and Punk, into one confident record.

Tejon Street Corner Thieves' have come a long way from their modest origins of busking for change on Tejon Street in Colorado Springs, marked by an alleged "corner-stealing" feud with rival buskers. ‘Juxtaposition’ will add to a robust repertoire which includes an EP (Demons in 2020), a live acoustic record (Monarch Sessions in 2020), an album of traditional tunes (Stolen Goods in 2021), and a full-length studio album (Thick As Thieves in 2022). Their unique blend of songwriting finesse, musicality, relentless touring, and endearing stage presence has enabled the band to cultivate a dedicated global following of "Tejomies," a term of affection bestowed upon their devoted fans.

Outside of the studio, Tejon Street Corner Thieves' live show is an unforgettable experience. Fans revel in a party-like atmosphere, and can often be seen shedding shirts, crowd-surfing, or partaking in a spirited bluegrass mosh pit. As a result, the band has earned coveted tour slots alongside powerhouse artists like The Dead South, Amigo the Devil, Trampled By Turtles, The Infamous Stringdusters, and more.  Fresh off the heels of a European run with The Dead South, the Corner Thieves are currently gearing up to hit the road this fall as direct support to Amigo the Devil on his US tour, where fans will have the chance to experience their new tracks live.
