Lightning-charged duo VOLK is a Molotov cocktail of high-octane Rock'n'Roll attitude and Honky-Tonking Country swagger. Their live performances explode with Chris Lowe’s (TX, guitar) and Eleot Reich’s (CA, drums) Motor City energy and Nashvegas pageantry: loud amps and louder suits, shiney drum sets and shinier sequins; growling tones and thunderous beats. It’s ZZ/DC meets Waylon/Dolly.
VOLK's debut album, Cashville, is their first full-length release and the first to capture the full range of their Country Swagger and RocknRoll attitude. In spring 2023, they'll venture into cyber western territory with their new EP, Stand the Test.
VOLK has opened for such acts as The Dead South, Charlie Crockett, Nekromantix, Electric Six, The Supersuckers, and Diarrhea Planet. They'll be on tour this summer w/ Goddam Gallows and IV and the Strange Band.
