HeadCount, the nonpartisan, nonprofit voter registration organization, today announced the appointment of philanthropist and environmental activist Jessy Tolkan as chairperson of its Board of Directors. Tolkan will support HeadCount in furthering its mission to register voters and inspire civic engagement.
