Rising singer, songwriter, and guitarist Joe Samba, who finds the sweet spot between smoked-out Caribbean bliss and sweat-soaked punkified energy, has released an incredible new tribute for the Queen hit “Don’t Stop Me Now” to mark the song’s 45th Anniversary. The legendary British rock band originally released the track as a single on January 26, 1979. Joe’s version features Dave Petti on drums, Justino Lee Walker on guitars, and Billy Kottage of The Interrupters on keyboards and trombone.

Spafford's 2024 Winter Tour continued this week at Bell's Eccentric Cafe in Kalamazoo, MI which featured a night of incredible music on Wednesday.  The second set opener "Memphis in the Meantime" is a favorite and frequent cover of this eclectic band, and Spafford delivered a twenty-eight minute monster version that had everyone dancing like they were on the famous Beale Street.

The Denver, Co-based trio SunSquabi brought a high-energy set of jamtronica originals to Brooklyn Made in Brooklyn, NY last Friday, January 19, 2024. This intimate venue in the bustling Bushwick neighborhood was packed despite multiple inches of snow that fell across the region earlier in the day. Producer and instrumentalist Parkbreezy provided support.
