Miami-based concert promoter and event producer GMP Live is thrilled to announce the return of North Beach Music Festival for its third year this December 1st–3rd, 2023. In addition, NBMF pledges to donate $1 per ticket sold to Backline.

Taking place at the Miami Beach Bandshell and the adjacent Bandshell Park, NBMF 2023 is a partnership between GMP Live, Dayglo Presents, The Rhythm Foundation, Miami-Dade County Tourism Development Council and the Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority.

Denver-based, genre-bending outfit LVNDR.SOUND crafts lavish studio recordings imbued with a live performance spirit. Composed of Sunsquabi bassist Josh Fairman, keyboardist/sound design virtuoso Geoff Bremer and multi-instrumentalist Jay.Greens, the newly-minted electronic trio blends future bass, electro-soul, house, and nu-age funk into dynamic soundscapes with a highly improvisational edge.

The inaugural Sacred Rose Fest is less than 2 weeks away. For the first time ever there will be a weekend full of music as diverse as the Grateful Dead in its current form. Phil Lesh playing with Nels Cline and Jeff Tweedy as well as Karl Denson, Stu Allen, Grahame Lesh, Jeff Chimenti, and Elliott Peck all in one headlining slot!?! Today, SunSquabi announced the release of their third full length studio album, Arise. Due on October 26th, 2022, the 11-track studio project is the band’s first full length studio effort since the 2019 release of Instinct. Inspired by the band’s experiences throughout the pandemic, Arise showcases SunSquabi’s unspoken sonic communion amongst three distinct musical identities in an entirely reimagined way.

Acclaimed live music destination The Caverns has partnered with prominent dynamic jamtronic band Papadosio to present Subterranea Festival, an intimate 1,200 capacity two-night spectacle in southeast Tennessee.

Today, acclaimed Baltimore funk quartet Pigeons Playing Ping Pong revealed the theme of its highly anticipated Halloween run. Called “Daft Side of the Moon,” the band will combine toe-tapping originals with songs spanning the entire catalog of the legendary rock group Pink Floyd, and the intergalactic electronic tunes of revered French DJ duo Daft Punk.

Today, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong announced a fourteen-stop 2021 fall tour. After a pair of shows at the historic Capitol Theater in Port Chester, NY (10/14-10/15), the boisterous, Baltimore-based funk quartet will soar through the mid-atlantic region with a trio of Halloween shows that will not disappoint. On 10/29, the band will head to Washington DC’s The Anthem, followed by a stop at Stage AE in Pittsburgh on 10/30.

SunSquabi has just announced a 2-night run that will take place on August 7 - 8th in Steamboat Springs, CO. The shows will be held at the Strings Pavilion parking lot and will be a drive-in musical experience. All safety and social distancing requirements will be in place and enforced for the well being of all attendees and working crews alike.
