John Henry tackles heavy social issues set to melodies that aren't afraid to be pretty on the most personal and passionate release of his career titled Out at Sea and available today on all streaming platforms. The project was inspired by the tragic and cataclysmic loss of a band member from suicide and Henry set out to raise awareness and funds to support mental health and challenges facing millions of Americans through his music.

Weaving tapestries of instrumental guitar and conjuring eclectic moods, the 12 tracks of 'Dreamcatcher' rank amongst the most melodic and tinglingly beautiful in Ritenour’s catalogue. But there’s a power and purpose here, too, hinting at the darker circumstances that sparked this new record. “Our house and my studio in Malibu, California burnt down in 2018,” Ritenour recalls.
