This exciting project features familiar faces from Melvin Seals & JGB, The Dead 70's, and Lovin' Dead. Staying true to the African-American Spiritual Roots of the JGB songbook is what Like a Rose is about, and they approach the material with reverence and passion. Inspired by and featuring the vocals of original JGB member Cheryl Rucker, with Stephanie-Hartwell Mandella.
