Jana, originally from Slovakia, and Stephen are joined by an all-star cast of musicians including Darol Anger, Sharon Gilchrist, Dennis Crouch, and Jana's former bandmate from Slovakia Henrich Novak. The song, a longtime favorite of the couple, showcases a congruous taste in bluegrass, even though they grew up on different continents.

The inaugural Music Is In Our Blood Street Party is a free, public live music festival and blood donation drive hosted by the music nonprofit, Sonic Guild Colorado, in collaboration with the City and County of Denver, Denver Arts and Venues, the Downtown Denver Partnership and Vitalant. This free half-day music festival, blood donor drive and street party will be hosted in Downtown Denver on Sunday, June 30 from 3-8pm.

For the last year and some change, the only way for fans to hear Robert Earl Keen’s laid-back opus, Western Chill, was to buy a vinyl copy and spin it the old-school way. But since its release in April of last year, fans have made it very apparent that they need Western Chill in a “portable” format. “This is for my fans who have all but begged for me to release Western Chill digitally,” says Keen.
