Luther Dickinson of North Mississippi Allstars will release his new solo album, Magic Music For Family Folk on November 17 via New West Records. The 11-song set was produced by Dickinson and mixed by Jeff Powell at Sam Phillips Recording in Memphis, TN and by Kevin Houston at the Dickinson’s Zebra Ranch Studios in Coldwater, MS.

Greensky Bluegrass has announced the dates for their 2024 Winter Tour. Winter Tour will kick off on January 11 in Jacksonville, FL and includes shows at Boston’s MGM Music Hall at Fenway, two nights at Washington D.C.’s The Anthem, Chicago’s The Salt Shed, and two nights at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium among many others. The band’s Fall Tour kicks off this Wednesday at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe in Stateline, NV.

Fresh off the heels of his sold-out “Live and In Person 2023” North American tour, John Mellencamp confirms its continuation with “Live and In Person 2024.” Mellencamp will perform for one night only in 27 new cities.

Presented by longtime promoter AEG Presents, the tour will begin in Rochester, NY on March 8 and conclude in Savannah, GA on April 23. Mellencamp will also perform in Newark, NJ, Hartford, CT, Birmingham, AL, Green Bay, WI, Washington, D.C. and more. Complete list of dates below.

Songs From the Road Band announces the release of a new single, “Where Lonely Lives" - ahead of their upcoming 7th studio album due out summer of 2024. The hard-driving bluegrass song was written by Charles Humphrey III and frequent collaborator Darren Nicholson. Mandolinist Mark Schimick handles the lead vocal in this lonesome tale of life’s ups and downs. Gabe Epstein’s rock-solid banjo playing is ever-present throughout the entire track. Guitarist Sam Wharton and fiddler James Schlender handle the harmony vocals, while Humphrey holds down the low end.
