American Aquarium release their career-best album Chicamacomico, out via Thirty Tigers. The title of the album was inspired by a former life-saving station built-in 1874 on the Outer Banks of the band’s native North Carolina.

Funk legend and Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Bootsy Collins will serve as Master of Ceremonies for The Music of The World Games this July. Having shared stages with the likes of James Brown and Parliament-Funkadelic, Collins will bring his staple funk and energetic stage presence to the opening (July 7th) and closing ceremonies (July 17th) for The World Games 2022 held in Birmingham, Alabama.

This July 15th & July 16th (716 Day), there’s only one place to be: Cobblestone Live Music & Arts Festival in the Historic Cobblestone District of Downtown Buffalo. This two-day festival takes place from 6pm to 11pm on July 15 and from 1pm to 11pm on July 16 with after parties set at Buffalo Iron Works and Lockhouse Distillery & Bar each night.

Singer-songwriter and band leader, Don McCloskey will celebrate the release of his new album The Chaos and The Beauty on July 22nd at Ardmore Music Hall.  The songwriter will bring his eight-piece band for a boisterous show at a venue not far from where the Bristol native grew up.  “Growing up in the Philly area, we’ve been going to Ardmore shows since it was called Brownie’s – so many great memories there,” says the singer.

Jack Johnson joins Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1 to discuss his new album ‘Meet The Moonlight’, due out next week. He tells Apple Music about working with producer Blake Mills on the project (and calls him “one of the greatest guitar players alive right now”), the origins of his love songs, being grateful for a career in music, songwriting and creative process, the experience of hearing his music in public, “Better Together” soundtracking people’s weddings and births, and more.

Hall of Famer, JOHN FOGERTY, is back on the road this summer and he’s making it a real family affair!  Hearty Har, featuring sons Shane and Tyler, will open a number of shows on Fogerty’s Travelin' Band Tour. Beginning this weekend with two shows in Washington, Fogerty will perform his hits from Creedence Clearwater Revival and more. The dates continue through mid-September with more dates to be announced.
