Kenny Loggins brought his tour to the Saban Theatre on Friday, January 20th. Quarto Valley Records announces the upcoming release of Blues All Around, the new album from legendary British Blues Rock band Savoy Brown on February 17th. Shortly after the new album was completed, Savoy Brown founder, guitarist/ singer/ songwriter Kim Simmonds lost his hard-fought battle with cancer on December 13th, just a week after turning 75. While recuperating from his initial cancer treatments, Simmonds had begun work on the new album that was to become Blues All Around.

Drummer and composer Kendrick Scott returns with the March 3 release of Corridors, his third album for Blue Note Records, and first compositional treatment of trio context: saxophone, bass, and drums. The follow-up to A Wall Becomes A Bridge, Scott’s much-lauded 2019 release with his band Oracle, Corridors unveils an exposed rumination from the Houston-born artist and his acclaimed collaborators: saxophonist Walter Smith III and bassist Reuben Rogers.

MATT PANAYIDES is a guitarist and composer whose distinctive playing has led to performances throughout New York City and all over the world. Influenced by guitarists such as Jim Hall, John Scofield, and Wes Montgomery as well as Jimi Hendrix and Joni Mitchell, Panayides has set out on his own path creating a unique body of music documented across numerous performances and recordings. Based in the New York City area, Panayides can be found leading his own groups and collaborating with other musicians throughout NYC and abroad.
