The California Roots Music and Arts Festival is thrilled to announce their “Forever Redwoods Contest” launching today, August 15, 2018. The contest will run forone-month and the grand prize winners will receive two (2) Redwood Passes for life! The Redwood Passes are Cali Roots unique take on a VIP experience and was introduced in 2017 to much fanfare.
Following a packed summer featuring the band’s debut at Red Rocks Amphitheater and their seventh annual Dark Star Jubilee festival, Dark Star Orchestra announces today their plans to end 2018 with a four-date Cosmic New Year’s tour, ringing in 2019 at the Wellmont Theater in Montclair, NJ. These dates announced today pair with the band’s 16-date, second-leg of their Fall Tour.
Classic rock music fans turned out on a beautiful summer night, Sunday, August 12th, to see legendary rock singer Roger Daltrey of The Who perform with his solo project band. Warm, dry winds buffeted the small amphitheater adjacent to the Vina Robles winery, perhaps the most beautiful outdoor venue in all of California.
