After last year's legendary ELECTRIC ZOO: TRANSFORMED lifted hearts and replenished souls, Made Event and ID&T are bringing East Coast dance music to new heights with a whole different perspective. On Labor Day Weekend--September 2, 3 & 4, New York City will find out what urban jungle really means with ELECTRIC ZOO: WILD ISLAND.

DelFest 2016 will once again be held at the beautiful Allegany County Fairgrounds in Cumberland, MD (2.5 hrs from Baltimore and DC).  The festival originated from the desire to create a family-friendly music festival celebrating the rich legacy of McCoury music while creating a forum for world-class musical collaborations and to showcase fresh new talent with a down-home feeling.

Readying themselves for an extensive winter tour that reaches as far East as Chicago, Bay Area bluegrass group Hot Buttered Rum performed a low key and blistering show on a Saturday night at Moe’s Alley in Santa Cruz, CA.

Daniel Hutchens, one of the most respected songwriters in Athens, Georgia, will release his third solo effort, The Beautiful Vicious Cycle Of Life, on April 22, 2016, on Pretty Mean Records.

Vermont four-piece, Twiddle, has announced headlining Spring Tour dates in the Southeast U.S. and Midwest beginning at the end of March. The band recently celebrated the release of their acclaimed album, PLUMP, with several sold out shows in Brooklyn, Boston and Burlington, as well as playing two sets on Jam Cruise.

This February for Black History Month, the Louis Armstrong House Museum will honor the most influential band in jazz history, Louis Armstrong and His Hot Five through its new exhibit: Hotter Than That – 90 Years of Louis Armstrong and His Hot Five.  The Hot Five began recording in November 1925 but really hit their stride with their records of February 1926, including hits such as "Heebie Jeebies" and "Cornet Chop Suey."
 

Touring behind the November release of “Set in Stone,” Stick Figure’s sixth album since 2007, Scott Woodruff and his band are hitting their stride. Fresh off of support roles on nationwide tours, the reggae foursome is on a cross-country jaunt in command of their own destiny from now to May.

Faster Horses Festival has quickly become Michigan’s “go-to summer bash” (Detroit Free Press,) and will return in its fourth year on July 15-17 with a star-studded lineup including headliners Jason Aldean, Eric Church and Lady Antebellum.  A three-day, two stage country music and camping festival set among the rolling Irish Hills of Brooklyn, MI and dubbed “The Party of The Summer,” Faster Horses has become known for the strong community vibe within the campsites as well as rapidly winning over artists as one of their favorite shows of the season.
