North Coast Music Festival (NCMF) is thrilled to announce WIDESPREAD PANIC as the surprise headliner for this year’s festival! The legendary Southern rock jam band has remained in Pollstar’s Top 50 Tours of the Year for the past decade, and continues to be one of the most relevant touring entities on the live music scene after almost 30 years. 2015 marks a special year for the band as they announced the release of their first studio album in five years.

The Forecastle Festival will host a wide array of separately ticketed late-night shows on Friday, July 17 and Saturday, July 18, 2015. The intimate, after-hours events will take place at the Mercury Ballroom, Headliners Music Hall, and the historic, 100-year-old Belle of Louisville steamboat.

Blaze N Glory, Southern California’s premier reggae, hip-hop rock festival, co-produced by Live Nation’s Rich Best and SGE’s CEO John Reese, will rock Southern California for two straight days of musical bliss for fans of all ages. The 2-day, 2-stage, 17-band event will blaze the skies at San Manuel Amphitheatre in San Bernadino with breath-taking sound and entertainment on the action packed weekend of Friday, May 15 and Saturday, May 16, with a focus on providing a heightened entertainment experience for festival attendees.

SUMMER SPLASH LAS VEGAS has just upped its annual Las Vegas takeover of the best clubs and pools by extending to a three-week run this summer. The EDM VIP experiential multi-venue experience, now in its eighth year--will expand from two 5-day programs to three 5-day programs to meet the demand from last year's sold-out series.

The 6th annual California Roots Music and Arts Festival will take place at the historic Monterey County Fair & Event Center from May 22-24, 2015.  The top tier national festival has become the premier gathering for the progressive US Reggae and positive roots movement, bringing in over 40,000 fans to the bay area over the Memorial Day weekend. 
 

Beanstalk Music & Mountains Festival has released the daily music schedule for the 2015 festival. Kicking things off on the Main Stage for the Thursday night pre-party are Brothers Gow and Kitchen Dwellers. Friday night's headliners are Kyle Hollingsworth Band with Michael Kang and The Magic Beans, and on Saturday, attendees will see Juno What!, two sets of Joe Russo's Almost Dead and The Magic Beans. Closing out the festival on Sunday are Magic Brownies, Hollywood Nights and The Magic Beans.

When I was going through a period in my life where I thought there was a real chance I would become a percussionist in a reggae band or a ska legend, my dad would casually say things like “When I saw the Wailers here…” or “The first time I saw Bob Marley…” and I would endure the crushing realization that I was simply born at the wrong time. Today, the inaugural Contour Music Festival released the names of 18 artists that are new to the lineup, along with the schedule for the festival’s late night shows.
