Portland’s beloved indie duo, Wonderly — comprising Jim Brunberg and Ben Landsverk — unveils the video for “Plaid Pantry,” a humorously dark single from their forthcoming album, Wolves, set to released on November 1. The 11-track album, recorded at Brunberg’s farm studio outside of Portland, delves into the dual nature of human experiences, from lighthearted mischief to soul-searching depth.

World-renowned reggae legend Clinton Fearon will headline the second annual UNDERTONE Benefit by the Sea on Friday, November 15th, 8:00 PM at The Cut in downtown Gloucester, MA. Celebrating 30 years since the release of her cosmic debut Galactica Rush, Jhelisa has released a newly reissued vinyl of the cult-classic album that was hailed as “a potent brew of jazz, funk and soul, with style and substance” by i-D Magazine when it first debuted in 1994. The LP houses a reimagined version of the complete record, freshly remastered and cut at half speed at Abbey Road studios by the album’s original mastering producer Miles Showell.

3Below features three extended range instruments played by Michael Manring (Jaco Pastorius alumni, creator of the Hyperbass), Trey Gunn (Warr Guitarist with King Crimson), Alonso Arreola (Mexican bassist, writer and poet).

Their latest release, “Live in Mérida”, was recorded on November 5, 2023 at the Palacio del La Música de Mérida in the Yucatan in Mexico. During this performance, they were joined by special guest Emmanuel Pina on the oud.
