Three generations of Punk Rock music fans gathered at Vina Robles Amphitheater on August 18th, many dressed in full punk regalia, for a trio of crowd-pleasing performances. The sentiment behind the donation is dear to DDP, as New Orleans is Disco Donnie’s hometown and where he got his start as the rave king in the early 1990s.

In response to the catastrophic flooding that hit Waverly, Tenn., producer Jeremy Vaughn, in conjunction with the United Way of Humphreys County, has organized Waverly Strong: A Concert for Disaster Relief. The concert will be held on Tuesday, September 7 at 7 p.m. CT at City Winery Nashville and will also be live-streamed by Mandolin Productions.

Multi-GRAMMY nominated arranger/composer Pete McGuinness brings his NYC big band back to the stage of Manhattan’s Birdland, Jazz Club featuring several new works, as well as his arrangements from the band’s three CDs recorded since 2006.
