Israel Nash, the Texas’ genre-bending rock ‘n’ roller, announces an extensive Summer and Fall North American tour in support of his new album, Lifted, out July 27th, 2018 via Desert Folklore Music/Thirty Tigers. Kicking off with a hometown album release show at Austin’s Scoot Inn on Friday, July 27th, Israel Nash and his band will bring their incendiary live show to over 25 cities across the country this summer and fall.

Celebrated Minnesota sextet Trampled By Turtles will perform at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on July 19 in support of their long-awaited new album Life Is Good On The Open Road. After an indefinite hiatus, the group returns with their first new album in four years, consisting of 12 new songs that feature Trampled By Turtles’ signature blend of rock, folk, punk, country and their brand of progressive bluegrass.

Acclaimed singer, songwriter and performer Tyler Childers will embark on an extensive, nationwide tour this fall with headline performances in his largest rooms and venues to date. Stops include Brooklyn’s Brooklyn Bowl, Philadelphia’s Union Transfer, Washington D.C.’s 9:30 Club, San Francisco’s The Fillmore and L.A.’s The Troubadour among several others. Barbudo are a British ‘Nu-eyed funk’ group from the south coast town of Havant, Portsmouth. Fusing elements of old-school funk, psych rock and smooth R&B, brothers Ben and Harry Stanworth, along with Elliot Salter have established an intoxicating sound which oozes charm and flamboyancy.

The annual Anythink Backyard Concert Series, presented by Xcel Energy, returns in 2018 with a new lineup and opportunities to bring the community together through music. Hosted the second Friday of June, July and August at the one-acre park adjacent to Anythink Wright Farms in Thornton, Colo., the Backyard Concert Series is a chance for families and friends to gather for local music, food and beer in a fun, kid-friendly atmosphere.

Singer/songwriter Christina Holmes has released a performance video for “It Doesn’t Matter.”  The empowering track comes from her second studio album, Stand Up, and was filmed at Sugarshack Studios.  In the video, Christina shares an intimate acoustic performance of “It Doesn’t Matter.” The heartfelt performance further enhances the message of the song to be yourself and to live your truth. 

Americana singer-songwriter CHELSEA WILLIAMS debuts a 7” single today -- an original penned song “Honey, Honey” with an endearing B-side cover of Hank Williams’ “Lovesick Blues."  Chelsea will hit the road next week making an anticipated return to Texas after a string of successful performances at this year’s SXSW Festival. In addition, Chelsea will be on tour this summer opening for Marc Cohn followed by a supporting stint with her Blue Elan label mate, the legendary, Rita Coolidge.

Public Enemy’s aggressive, Benihana beats and incendiary lyrics instilled fear among parents and teachers everywhere, even in the border town of Laredo, Texas, home of the future founders of the Latin-Funk-Soul-Breaks supergroup, Brownout. The band’s sixth full-length album (out May 25th) Fear of a Brown Planet is a musical manifesto inspired by Public Enemy’s music and revolutionary spirit.
