The Brown Edition's new release from Spectra Jazz, Soulpocalypse, is nothing less than a cause for collective rejoicing. “The Hearts Cry” is the latest release from Hennricksson and the result though far from a self-indulgent ego trip, rather a moving and elegiac artistic statement from start to finish. This is not your overly predictable Ramon Noodle Ambient Pop Artist. Instead Henricksson could be classed as a 4 genera artist: Ambient, Chill, Classical and vintage Celtic. Hennricksson has way too much precision and clarity to live in the shadows of overly-predictable Ambient/Pop.

Moksha has announced the dates for their upcoming spring tour. The Las Vegas jamband will feature an All-Star guest horn section in Jen Hartswick, Peter Apfelbaum, and Skerik.  They’ll get started in Salt Lake City on March 28 before making their way throughout the Western United States, including four nights in Colorado and two nights in Oregon.

Phish will kick off their 2013 summer tour at Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor, ME on July 3 before beginning a three night run at Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center July 5-7.
