Big Head Todd and the Monsters

Illustrious musicians from the vanguard to the nostalgic, some of who began plying their craft in the ‘60s, and others who are poised for big recognition in the 2020s, all shared a distinctive Southern California seaside aesthetic at the inaugural BeachLife Festival May 3 to 5. BeachLife, the biggest fest ever to blast its jukebox along the Santa Monica Bay at Redondo Beach, combined sun, sounds, sand, and surf and passed its acid test with flying colors.

97.3 KBCO is pleased to present On Tap with KBCO Series taking place October 7th at Breckenridge Brewery in Littleton, CO. This year’s event will feature all day music, Breckenridge Brewery beers, and raise money for Colorado based nonprofit Take Note Colorado. A digital copy of the new and yet to be released album from Big Head Todd and the Monsters “New World Arisin” for every ticket purchased.

WARMfest is a three-day music and arts festival dedicated to helping preserve the White River. WARMfest promotes environmental responsibility, independent business and artisans, and sustainable goods and services through the magic of music, art and culture. WARMfest has a vision to restore and promote the White River to return it to the grandeur of a century ago. The mission is to educate the community to envision this great river as a recreational and visually appealing natural resource.

A major new festival known as The White River Arts & Music Festival (WARMfest) today announced that its inaugural three-day event would take place on Labor Day weekend Saturday, August 31; Sunday, September 1 and Monday, September 2 at Broad Ripple Park in Indianapolis.

The Ride Festival recently announced its second installment – happening July 13th and 14th at Colorado’s breathtaking Telluride Town Park. The 2013 Ride Festival lineup includes David Byrne & St. Vincent, Big Head Todd & The Monsters, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Cake, Drive-By Truckers, Steve Earle, Buddy Miller and Son Volt, with others still to be announced.

Longtime Colorado favorites Big Head Todd and The Monsters have mapped out their summer tour plans. In addition to a handful of theatres in the midwest, the band headlines their annual Red Rocks Amphitheatre gig on June 11, where Guster will be on hand to open the show.
