Pat Philips announces the much-anticipated return of the Django Reinhardt NY Festival, taking place from November 14th to 19th at the legendary Birdland Jazz Club. This year marks the 24th anniversary of the festival, celebrating the enduring legacy of gypsy jazz icon Django Reinhardt.

Jazz Station Records (JSR) is thrilled to unveil a breathtaking new single, “Three Views Of A Secret,” a captivating tribute to the late, celebrated jazz bassist Jaco Pastorius. The enchanting musical endeavor witnesses the collaboration between Grammy-winning bassist Mark Egan and the distinguished Brazilian singer and arranger Selma Boragian, bridging soulful melodies and robust harmonies.

Dave Stryker, a legendary figure in the jazz world, with a distinctive blend of performances as a leader and sideman, is thrilled to announce a series of upcoming shows, set to sweep across various cities, each promising a unique and electrifying jazz experience.

Jersey City's annual Latin Jazz & Salsa series, Pier Fest, is back on Friday nights this September. Produced by Riverview Jazz, the same organization behind the Jersey City Jazz Festival, this event is hosted in partnership with Exchange Place Alliance. The festivities will be held at J. Owen Grundy Plaza, situated at the convergence of Montgomery St and the Hudson River. The series kicks off on Friday, September 8th, at 6 pm and continues on consecutive Fridays until the 29th.
