Today, Painted Shield released their new single “Til God Turns The Lights On.” The group, which features Pearl Jam guitarist Stone Gossard, acclaimed songwriter Mason Jennings, Matt Chamberlain and Seattle soul prodigy Brittany Davis, has announced the release of their second album Painted Shield 2 for April 22nd, via Loosegroove Records. Zero was formed in the early 1980s by guitarist Steve Kimock and drummer Greg Anton after playing with Keith & Donna Godchaux’s Heart Of Gold Band. GRAMMY award-winning band Old Crow Medicine Show has announced a special performance called Old Crow Medicine Show’s Hootenanny At The Caverns Amphitheater, taking place on June 25 in Grundy County, TN. This will be the first full capacity show at the venue, which originally opened in the fall of 2020 as a socially-distanced venue in response to COVID-19 with limited capacity.

Colin Hay has released his new album Now And The Evermore via Lazy Eye/Compass Records. In support, he’s touring the US with shows running from now until May.

Leading up to the album, Hay shared a number of singles including the “joyful rootsy rocker” (Forbes) “A Man Without A Name,” the “cheery” (Rock Cellar Magazine) “Love Is Everywhere,” and the “orch-pop” (BrooklynVegan) title track which features a guest appearance from Ringo Starr on drums.

Jackson Browne announces his "Evening With" full band 2022 tour with dates running from June through September. The tour supports his GRAMMY-nominated album Downhill From Everywhere. Revered Austin, TX singer-songwriter Darden Smith has shared the official music video for “Miles Between,” the latest single from Smith’s forthcoming album Western Skies, due March 25. The song was co-written with country star Jack Ingram, who recently welcomed Smith on The Jackin’ Around Show which is now available to watch/stream today.
