Creative Entertainment Network, in conjunction with Jetpack Records, proudly introduces Radio Free Universe. Radio Free Universe, RFU, is a new indie-rock group hailing from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

Radio Free Universe, with a single slated for early September and full-length album for early 2020, can be noted for their effortlessly sleek, textured, and original sound. Their music largely reflects on relatable personal experiences, past through present. Not only does their music speak volumes, but it is also wise and uplifting.

RFU is comprised of members George Panagopoulos (Vocals, Guitar), Steve Pelletier (Bass), Adam Neumann (Guitar), Ashton Norman (Drums), Vincent Sciara (Keys). The group finds inspiration from rock legends such as Bob Dylan and David Bowie.

Recently, Panagopoulos founded Jetpack Records and created an in-house recording studio which caters to indie artists similar to themselves. This incredible feat can attest to the homemade-ness or "DIY" of true indie music.

Offering a fresh sound to today’s music scene, music lovers alike should be looking forward to RFU's upcoming projects.

Splitstep’s debut single, “Highway,” was written and produced by lead member Matt Golub and his father Peter Golub.

The melodic and guitar-driven “Highway” tells the story of someone traveling down life’s path -- reflecting on the past, living in the present, and unsure of the future.

Splitstep is an acoustic, soft rock project based out of Denver, Colorado. The group consists of guitarist/singer/songwriter Matt Golub, drummer Daniel Carrillo, and a rotating cast of local musicians. Ever since his childhood obsession with “Guitar Hero” a decade ago, Matt has been writing and performing music, finding inspiration from artists including Dave Matthews Band, Rush, John Butler, and John Mayer. Outside of music, Matt is a medical student at the Anschutz Medical Campus. Daniel is a prominent member of the Denver music scene who passionately shreds for a variety of local music projects.

Splitstep’s upcoming debut album Kaleidoscope chronicles human experiences we all deal with; coming of age, falling in and out of love, mental health, and following your dreams. The album embodies a bright acoustic sound.

With an innovative sound that speaks to all, Splitstep makes for a refreshing and soft Indie Rock sound that many can enjoy and relate to.
