Los Angeles singer-songwriter-guitarist DAVID HAERLE is preparing for the release of his third full-length album El Camino Sierra, set for release on April 7. The 16-track collection traverses genres -- singer-songwriter, rock, pop and Americana -- with words inspired by his life, experiences, people and observations of all that surround him. One of those songs, “Electric Trucker,” is out today (1/20) alongside its official music video, which first debuted on Rock and Roll Globe.

North Carolina-based singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Chessa Rich releases “Julia” from the forthcoming album Deeper Sleeper, out April 7 via Sleepy Cat Records. Featuring Alex Bingham of Hiss Golden Messenger on bass and synths and Joseph Terrell of Mipso on background vocals, “Julia” is a treatise on the creative process, paying homage to the titular Julia Cameron and her 1992 book The Artist’s Way.

For an astonishing number of decades, alto, soprano, and baritone saxophonist Fostina Dixon has performed and recorded with a star-studded roster of musicians, from Frank Foster, Roy Ayers, and Abbey Lincoln, to Melba Liston, Gil Evans, and Marvin Gaye; has been one of the most accomplished artists on her instrument; and has been a master teacher to generations of students. Yet for all of her accomplishments, Dixon has only recorded a few albums as a leader.

The new year brings new music from rising young bluegrass artist, Carley Arrowood, whose 2022 debut album, Goin’ Home Comin’ On, turned heads with hits like the title track, gospel favorite “Jesus Drive The Train” and her blistering cover of Alison Krauss’ “Will You Be Leaving?”

The critically acclaimed and award winning instrumental recording duo, Hot Mustard, has begun to roll out material from their forthcoming sophomore album Seconds, which is scheduled for release March 31st, 2023 (Color Red).  Featured in Relix's '5 Artists You Should Know About', Glide Magazine, Jazz Weekly, and taking home the Charleston City Paper Music Award for "Up and Coming Artist of the Year" in their hometown, HM has begun to turn heads with their clever quality of audio/visual creation.  In reverence of golden era boom

Lipstereo is a young, four-piece Australian indie rock band from Melbourne, Australia. Formed in 2019, this collection of music tragics bonded together over a mutual obsession of The Strokes, Weezer and Arctic Monkeys' back catalogues. By channeling too much time spent watching worn out Ramones and Blondie VHS tapes as children, Lipstereo creates performances reminiscent of late nights at CBGB, and spilling drinks just a little too cheap on the floor.

KAYAM is no stranger to creating music that defies the usual expectation, and its most recent release, "Omens," is a perfect example of what it means to set the bar higher in terms of one-of-a-kind enthusiasm and innovation. This release happens to be the siblings’ sophomore full-length.

Why does Railroad Earth feel like a Colorado band? Is it the style of music they play that suits a large majority of the musical culture in the Rocky Mountain state? Or is it the fact that they sell out shows here all the time and the fans go nuts for them, or are they that damn talented and inviting that they feel like home? Well, it must be a combination of all of this with significant emphasis on the that-damn-talented part.

Today Hematite release “Adios,” the group’s second single providing a snapshot of their upcoming “Speak of the Devil” EP set to release on March 3, 2023. The track transports listeners to a faraway place where metal influences and classic country music seamlessly intertwine. The duo, consisting of vocalist Davey Muise (Vanna, Trove) and guitarist/vocalist Andrew Gaultier (Big 50, To Speak of Wolves, He is Legend), are joining forces for a project that is unlike anything they have done before.
