Melbourne singer-songwriter Ernest Aines is on a roll, starting a string of releases bound for his debut album out early 2022. The first single is "So Far", Americana in style, a foot stomping tune about the pursuit of satisfaction in life. It sounds like a blend of the Eagles “Life in the Fast Lane” and Fleetwood Mac's “The Chain”, except it has a lot more banjo. The song was mixed by Grammy award winning Hugo Nicolson (engineer on Radiohead's “In Rainbows”).

After a slew of incredible singles, Anne Freeman has shared her new album, Keep It Close. The incredible singer-songwriter from Oxford, Mississippi invokes comparisons to Alvvays and Camera Obscura, but infuses their dreamy sounds with a unique twang all her own. From the great Crack the Sky comes Joe Macre and his solo album, Bullet Train. Joe Macre is best known as the original bassist for the progressive rock band Crack the Sky, whose debut was voted album of the year in Rolling Stone Magazine in 1975 and is still considered one of the top fifty progressive rock albums of all time.

The Westville Music Bowl in New Haven, CT was once again the hot spot in the Northeast for outstanding jam bands, as Pigeons Playing Ping Pong delivered a fiery evening of their signature psychedelic funk. The Dagnasterpus has landed. The anticipated debut record from TREE ADAMS’ new groove powerhouse Dagnasterpus is now available on all major streaming platforms. The ten tracks feature nimble horns, grimy beats and gritty vocals. The self-titled album was released today by SIX DEGREES RECORDS.

Excitement lingered in the summer air as thousands of concert-goers lined up at Red Rocks Amphitheatre to see the legendary Austin-born and based Shakey Graves. The Beach Boys are thrilled to share an unreleased live version of fan favorite “Susie Cincinnati” as the next preview to their forthcoming new box set, Feel Flows – The Sunflower and Surf’s Up Sessions 1969-1971, due August 27 via Capitol/UMe. Written and sung by Al Jardine, the rollicking, horn-laden performance was recorded nearly 45 years ago at a legendary stadium concert in Anaheim, Calif.
