Brooklyn songwriter John Fatum’s self-titled album weaves a legacy of story and sound. Loco Hot is a duo comprised of producer / drummer Tamir Muskat and singer Gilad Kahana. Born in Mexico, vocalist, composer, and author Kahana is the founder and lead singer of Girafot, a critically acclaimed Israeli rock band who went gold in 2006.
 

Cris Jacobs recently released Dust to Gold and has been touring behind his sophomore effort that features his inspired songwriting and soulfully transcendent voice. The album wasn't the only new arrival for Jacobs this year, as the The Washington Post covers, his wife also gave birth to their first daughter, just a few weeks before the album dropped.
