Indie rock outfit Halfloves, previously known as The Olympics, begin a new chapter with their forthcoming self-titled record. The Iowa City-based group has spent the past two years working on the album with renowned producer Brandon Darner (Imagine Dragons, The Envy Corps). Halfloves mixes pop sensibilities with heady textures and space to create an emotionally charged sound.
Tim Hockenberry is a versatile multi-instrumentalist singer and songwriter whose voice is reminiscent of Ray Charles, Joe Cocker, and Tom Waits. He is releasing Tim Hockenberry, his self-titled debut album of all original music, worldwide on March 4th, 2016.

This past Friday night at the Gothic Theatre in Denver, CO, two bands collided to make one of the funkiest sounds and meaningful tributes to other artists that they have ever made. Cook’s release, which debuted at No. 1 on the jazz and world music charts in his native Canada, was released in the U.S. on October 2 and debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard Top Jazz Albums.
