Troubadour Steve Poltz has announced the return of his BaHOOTenzie! Song School and Folk Fest, presented in partnership with the Joshua Tree Music Festival and set for Joshua Tree, CA’s Joshua Tree Lake Campground on May 2-4 (Song School) and May 5-6 (Folk Fest). This October, Joshua Tree Music Festival relaxes COVID capacity restrictions and returns with a full schedule of wildly talented artists. In true Joshua Tree Music Festival form, music will rotate between two stages from early til late creating a continuous sonic journey each day. The lineup is a diverse medley of genres and styles curated to seamlessly blend and build as the days progress.

In the spirit of safely enjoying the medicinal magic of the live music experience, Joshua Tree Music Festival is thrilled to host a series of outdoor shows this spring. These one-night shows will be intimate, pod-based, physically distant and strictly limited in capacity to adhere to California’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy Tier 2 Guidelines for Outdoor Live Performances.

The Flusters, hailing from nearby Palm Desert, CA, made their Joshua Tree Music Festival debut on October 10, 2019, with their post-sundown set on the Boogaloo Stage.  Their live performance offers a bit of a time warp, from the black suits and two-toned shoes to the surf guitar meets 80’s synth blend, The Flusters offer a live music experience unlike anything you will have seen before, a kind of vintage psychedelic sock-hop synth party.  Lead signer Dougie VanSant Jr.
